What we collect
When you ask for a free 3D design: your name and email and, if you choose, your phone number, how you’d like us to reach you, your answers about your kitchen (such as its shape, ceiling height and appliance sizes), any notes, and up to 6 photos.
When you apply for a trade account: your name, business name, phone and email and, if you choose, what describes you, the projects you work on, your city or area, how you’d like us to reach you and any notes.
When you use the AI preview: the kitchen photo you upload, your name and email and, if you choose, your phone number and your kitchen’s shape, whether it has an island and its ceiling height.
Before a photo leaves your device, this website makes it smaller and saves it again, which removes the camera details stored in it (such as where and when it was taken).
Like most websites, our servers keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and the pages requested) to run and protect the site. Your language choice is saved only in your browser, and what you type in a form stays in that browser tab until you send it or close the tab. If you use the AI preview, your browser also keeps a reference number for your request for up to 7 days, so you can come back to your preview.

Free 3D design requests and trade applications
When you send a free 3D design request or a trade application, it goes to our website’s admin system, which emails it — with your photos, if any — to our showroom using Resend, an email delivery service. Resend keeps a copy of each message for 30 days. Emails in the showroom’s inbox are kept by the showroom.
We use what you send only to answer your request and to talk with you about your project or your trade account. Only our team and the service providers listed under “Who we share it with” can access it.
AI kitchen preview and your request
Before we create an AI preview, we ask for your name and email, and, if you choose, your phone number and your kitchen’s shape, whether it has an island and its ceiling height. We use them to pass your request to 10050 Cabinet so our team can contact you about your project.
Your kitchen photo is sent to Google’s Gemini API to create the preview. Google handles it under its paid-service terms: it doesn’t use it to improve its products, but may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse or meet legal requirements.
We email your photo, the preview, your selections and your contact details to our showroom using Resend, which keeps a copy of each message for 30 days. The copy of your photo and preview on our AI server is deleted after 7 days.

Service providers that help us run this website and our business — hosting, Resend (to email your requests to our showroom), our email provider and, for the AI preview, Google — only so they can provide their service to us.

How long we keep it
In our website’s system, we keep free 3D design requests, trade applications and AI preview requests (contact details, answers and photos) for 12 months, then delete them. Copies emailed to our showroom stay in the showroom’s inbox until the showroom deletes them.

Backup copies are removed within 14 days after deletion. To stop abuse, we count requests from each network and keep those counts for up to 2 days.
